How Players Can Acquire Comet Igniter in ARC Raiders

The Shrouded Sky update introduced intense new weather systems and dangerous ARC variants to ARC Raiders, including the explosive and fast-moving Comet ARC. Alongside the Hurricane weather condition, players gained access to a powerful new special resource: the Comet Igniter.

Comet Igniter is a special resource introduced with the Shrouded Sky update. It primarily serves as a key component for the Weather Machine Project, one of the major crafting and progression additions tied to dynamic weather systems.

Unlike common crafting materials found in containers or dismantled gear, Comet Igniter only drops from a specific enemy type: the Comet ARC.

That means farming this resource requires hunting down a dangerous and mobile target in active combat zones.

Where to Find Comet Igniter

You can obtain Comet Igniter by defeating a Comet ARC, a new enemy that appears during Hurricane weather conditions.

When Do Comets Spawn?

Comets are most commonly found during:

Hurricane weather events

Outdoor areas across multiple maps

However, they are not exclusive to Hurricanes. They can appear on any map that features open outdoor terrain.

If you’re actively hunting Comet Igniter, prioritize deployments when Hurricanes are active, as spawn frequency increases.

How to Spot a Comet ARC

The Comet ARC is:

Small
Spherical
Fast-moving
Extremely aggressive

Unlike many ground-based ARCs that patrol structures, Comets spawn outdoors in open spaces.

Why Comets Are Dangerous

Comets function similarly to Pops ARCs, but they are far more durable and mobile.

Here’s how they behave:

They quickly close the distance once they detect you.

A central line on their body turns red when alerted.

As they approach detonation range, the red turns orange

They explode upon reaching you

If you’re caught off guard at close range, the explosion can eliminate you instantly – especially if you’re already engaged with other threats or carrying valuable ARC Raiders Items.

Best Weapons to Defeat Comets

Comets have heavy armor protection, similar to ARC Surveyors. You’ll need high-damage weapons to break through efficiently.

Recommended weapons include:

Bettina (serious damage precision rifle)

Anvil (solid mid-to-long-range option)

II Toro (high risk due to shotgun range)

Hullcracker (strong armor penetration)

While the II Toro can work, engaging at close range is risky. Ideally, you want to eliminate the Comet before it closes distance.

Combat Tips

Engage from long range whenever possible.

Maintain high ground for better visibility.

Avoid tight spaces – Comets thrive in confined areas.

Clear nearby ARCs before focusing on the Comet.

Using strong defensive ARC Raiders Items, such as mobility boosts or temporary shields, can improve survival during unexpected encounters.

How to Farm Comet Igniter Efficiently

Because Comet Igniter is not a guaranteed drop, farming requires repetition and smart planning.

1.Deploy During Hurricanes

Hurricanes increase ARC activity and improve spawn opportunities.

    2.Rotate Through Open Areas

Move between known spawn zones quickly rather than campingin one spot.

      3.Prioritize Extraction After Drop

If you secure a Comet Igniter, consider extracting immediately.

        4.Use Safe Pockets If Available

If your loadout allows, stash the Comet Igniter securely.
Remember, extraction shooters reward survival more than aggression.

What Is Comet Igniter Used For?

Comet Igniter is primarily required for the Weather Machine Project, a crafting initiative introduced with Shrouded Sky.

This ties directly into higher-tier crafting systems, which also depend on:

          Rare components
          Blueprint unlocks
          Advanced ARC Raiders Items

Players looking to accelerate crafting often seek to buy ARC Raiders BluePrints through player trading systems to skip early blueprint unlock phases. However, certain materials like Comet Igniter still require active farming.

In short, you can buy ARC Raiders BluePrints to optimize gear paths – but you can’t skip hunting Comets if you want Weather Machine progress.

Risk vs. Reward: Is Comet Farming Worth It?

          Absolutely – if done strategically.

          Pros:

          Essential for Weather Machine crafting
          Valuable trading resource
          Found in high-visibility open areas

          Cons:

          High-risk engagement
          Explosive kill potential
          Not a guaranteed drop

Efficient farming requires balancing combat readiness with map awareness.

Whether you’re upgrading your Weather Machine, crafting advanced ARC Raiders Items, or choosing to buy ARC RaidersBlueprintss to fast-track progression, mastering Comet encounters is an important part of endgame efficiency.

A Full Breakdown of the Serum Puzzle Challenge in BO7 Zombies

Among all the objectives tied to the Ashes of the Damned main Easter egg in Call of Duty:Black Ops 7 Zombies, the Serum quest stands out as one of the most demanding. Players must track down six rare biological components scattered across the map, many of which are locked behind specific upgrades, enemy conditions, or round requirements. Once collected, those items must then be used to solve a dangerous laboratory puzzle under lockdown conditions.

All Serum Component Locations in Ashes of the Damned

Serum Component 1:Powder of the Forgotten

To obtain this item, you’ll need Wisp Tea and the Necrofluid Gauntlet.

Wisp Tea can be purchased at Zarya Cosmodrome, or earned for free by completing the Twins Easter egg at Vandorn Farm. Once the tea is active, head to the Tailor Shop in eastern Ashwood, located just past the Vulture Aid perk. Inside, you’ll find an enchanted mirror.

Simply standing close to the mirror while Wisp Tea is active will cause it to crack and shatter. Afterward, equip the Necrofluid Gauntlet and shoot the broken mirror. This interaction causes the Powder of the Forgotten to fall to the ground.

          Serum Component 2:Widow Lantern

Travel to Blackwater Lake and enter the nearby cabin. Head downstairs into the kitchen and open the sink cabinet along the south wall to retrieve a Jar of Spores.

Next, bring the jar to Vandorn Farm. Just outside the main gate, you’ll see a deceased horse overtaken by fungal growth. Interact with it to plant the spores. After three full rounds, the growth will mature, allowing you to collect the Widow Lantern.

          Serum Component 3:Mysterious Limb

This component is tied to Zursa, the zombie bear Elite enemy, which begins appearing from Round 16 onward.

To secure the drop, Zursa must be killed using Ol’ Tessie’s Abomination Head Beam Attack. First, unlock the Abomination Head upgrade by visiting Reba Diner at Exit 115. Defeat the Cook zombie, grab the Freezer Key, and complete the upgrade process in Ashwood.

Once Zursa spawns, weaken her using conventional weapons. When she’s low on health, finish her off with the Beam Attack. If done correctly, Zursa will explode and drop the Mysterious Limb.

          Serum Component 4:Ravager Eyes

Ravagers are agile, quadrupedal enemies that can appear randomly or during Max Ammo rounds. When one spawns, lure it toward a Saw Blade trap, such as the one positioned outside the Vandorn Farm Barn.

Activate the trap for 2,000 Essence and allow it to kill the Ravager. Upon death, it will automatically drop the Ravager Eyes.

          Serum Component 5:Hoard Husk Chunks

This step also requires Ol’ Tessie’s Abomination Head upgrade.

Drive Ol’ Tessie along the connecting roadways and watch for purple-glowing plants, which spawn randomly across the map. Once you spot one, use the Beam Attack to destroy it. Doing so will cause the Hoard Husk Chunks to drop.

Be careful when exiting Ol’ Tessie after collecting this item—enemy aggression in these areas is significantly higher.

          Serum Component 6:Human Bones

Head to the Barn at Vandorn Farm. You’ll need both a Combat Axe and a Molotov, both of which can be acquired at no cost.

The Combat Axe can be found in the Reba Diner kitchen, while Molotovs can either be crafted inside the Barn or picked up near Ol’ Tessie’s garage. Inside the Barn, locate the hanging corpse in the center.

Throw the Combat Axe at the corpse’s right foot to knock it down. Once it hits the ground, toss a Molotov onto it. After the flames burn out, the Human Bones will be available to pick up.

Once all six Serum components are collected, make your way to Yuri’s Lab, located southwest of Zarya Cosmodrome. Inside, you’ll find six bowls arranged around the room, each corresponding to one of the items you’ve gathered, along with a chemistry station in the center.

Begin the puzzle by interacting with the Powder of the Forgotten, which is placed in the fifth bowl. This triggers a lockdown and fills the room with smoke. When visibility returns, three Pigpen cipher symbols will appear on the chalkboard.

These symbols indicate the exact order in which the remaining bowls must be activated—from top symbol to bottom symbol.

During the lockdown phase, natural health regeneration is disabled. The only way to heal is by using the Necrofluid Gauntlet siphon ability, which drains health from zombies by firing and reloading. Proper crowd control and careful timing are essential here, especially for solo players.

Successfully activating the bowls in the correct order and surviving the lockdown will complete the Serum puzzle and advance the main Easter egg.

Practicing the entire Serum sequence in CoD Black Ops 7 Bot Lobbies is strongly recommended. This allows players to rehearse the more punishing steps—such as Zursa’s Beam kill or the lab lockdown—without the pressure of public matches. Many experienced players even use bot lobbies specifically to master Easter egg mechanics before attempting full runs.Whether you’re new to Black Ops 7 or pushing advanced techniques, MMOexp buy Black Ops 7 Bot Lobbies provide a stress-free environment to learn, practice, and improve at your own pace.

Although the Serum quest initially feels overwhelming, it becomes one of the most reliable sections of Ashes of the Damned once you understand each requirement. With preparation and patience, this complex puzzle transforms into a consistent and repeatable victory.

Path of Exile Withered Debuff Explained

Applying debuffs is one of the most powerful ways to scale damage in Path of Exile, especially in high-tier maps and endgame encounters. As enemy health pools and defensive layers scale upward, debuffs become essential tools for breaking through their defenses. Among them, Withered stands out as one of the strongest multipliers for chaos and poison builds, drastically increasing the amount of chaos damage enemies take.Don’t wait for victory—buy your POE currency and start ruling the kingdom!

At its core, Withered is a stacking debuff that increases the chaos damage an enemy takes. Each stack of Withered applies:

          +6% increased chaos damage taken
Up to a maximum of 15 stacks
Total of 90% increased chaos damage taken at max stacks

The increase is multiplicative with other modifiers, making it one of the strongest sources of damage amplification for chaos builds.

          Enemies Can Wither You Too

It’s important to remember that the debuff works both ways.

          To protect yourself:

Aim for positive chaos resistance, ideally 60% or higher.
Consider Chaos Inoculation for immunity to chaos damage.
Use gear or crafting mods with “+% to Chaos Resistance”.

How to Increase the Power of Withered

By default, each stack gives 6% increased chaos damage taken. However, certain modifiers-mainly passive tree nodes, special jewels, and skill effects-can provide “increased effect of Withered.”

For example, a 100% increase effect of Withered would double the per-stack bonus:

Instead of 6% per stack, it becomes 12% per stack.
At 15 stacks, this becomes an enormous 180% increase os damage taken.

The scaling effect is incredibly powerful for endgame bossing setups such as Poison Concoction, ED/Contagion, Occultist chaos builds, and more.

Sources of Withering in Path of Exile

There are multiple ways to apply the Withered debuff, ranging from skill gems to unique items and passive tree modifiers. Here are the most common and reliable sources:

          1.Skill Gems

Many builds maintain Withered stacks using gems such as:

            Withering Touch Support

Adds Withered stacks on hit and enables stacking for melee, minion, and attack builds.

            Toxic Rain of Withering

An alternate-quality variant that applies Withered with each pod hit.

Blight / Wither Totems (Spell Totem + Multiple Totems)

A classic method that stacks Withered very quickly for chaos casters.

Gem sources scale well with attack speed, cast speed, or number of hits-making them easy to integrate into many builds.

            2.Unique Items

Several unique Path of Exile Items apply Withered in powerful or automated ways:

Elder Sword variants provide a reliable Withered application on hit.

Ambush Mitts, another source that guarantees Withered in certain situations.

Blackflame (Unique Ring), which is especially strong:

              Converts ignite damage into chaos.

Makes ignited enemies retain Withered stacks longer.

Blackflame is so powerful that many players specifically buy POE Items like it to build entire archetypes around Withered synergy.Enhance your journey in Path of Exile with MMOexp instant buy POE currency!

              3.Jewels, Passives, and Enchantments

                Some notable indirect sources include:

                Glorious Vanity

Can create passives that apply Withered in an area or on hit.

                Labyrinth enchantments

Some helmet enchants allow easier stacking for specific skills.

Clusters that grant an increased effect of Withered

Extremely strong for chaos DoT builds.

How to Stack and Maintain Withered on Enemies

The challenge is not simply applying Withered-it’s keeping it stacked. With only a base duration of 2 seconds, maintaining high stacks requires consistency and speed.

Here are the most effective methods.

                1.Increase Attack or Cast Speed

Skills like Toxic Rain, Blade Vortex, Kinetic Blast, or minions with Withering Touch will stack Withered faster with high attack/cast speed.

                  2.Increase Duration

Modifiers such as increased skill effect duration or ascendancies like Occultist can extend the lifespan of Withered stacks, making them much easier to maintain in long fights.

                    3.Apply Withered From Multiple Sources

Newer players often rely on only one skill to apply Withered. But stacking from multiple sources-such as a skill gem + unique item + totem-dramatically improves consistency.

4.Use Occultist for Automatic Withered Stacking

For Witch players, the Withering Presence ascendancy node:

                        Applies Withered every second
                        Lasts for 15 seconds
Requires no input from the player

This is one of the easiest ways to keep permanent max stacks on bosses.

Withered acts as a pseudo-resistance shield, allowing you to punch through high chaos-resistant monsters-even though it does not directly reduce chaos resistance. Instead, it increases damage taken, which effectively overrides resistance problems.

The Withered debuff is one of the most impactful mechanics in Path of Exile for chaos-focused builds. Understanding how it works, scaling its effect, and learning how to maintain maximum stacks will dramatically increase your damage output-especially in endgame boss fights.

Navali Rest in Path of Exile 2-How to Permanently Increase Your Mana

Path of Exile 2 expands on nearly every system from the original game, offering players new classes, refined skill mechanics, and intricate world design. Among its many hidden rewards lies Navali Rest, a secret Act 4 discovery that grants a permanent +5% to maximum mana once found and activated.

While this bonus may sound minor, it has major implications for long-term builds-especially for casters, hybrid archetypes, and anyone who relies heavily on mana management. Unfortunately, because of its vague in-game hints and misleading map placement, many players overlook or miss Navali Rest entirely. This guide breaks down exactly where to find it, how to unlock the zone it’s hidden in, and why it’s worth your time.

Why Navali Rest Is a Must-Have Bonus

Permanent bonuses in Path of Exile 2 are rare, and the mana increase from Navali Rest stands out as one of the most universally useful. A higher mana pool influences several aspects of gameplay:

For Spellcasters:More mana means longer casting uptime, smoother skill rotations, and stronger synergy with mana-scaling gear and passives.

For Melee and Ranged Builds:Even non-casters benefit, since extra mana helps sustain utility skills like movement abilities, auras, or support gems.

For Endgame Scaling:Combined with crafted gear and passive tree investments, the 5% boost becomes part of your long-term efficiency curve.Unlock endless possibilities with the power of POE 2 Currency purchased with MMOexp!

Simply put, any build that plans to reach the endgame should make sure to secure this upgrade before moving past Act 4.

Where to Find Navali Rest in Path of Exile 2

One of the biggest sources of confusion is Navali Rest location. On the Act 4 world map, it appears close to the Hall of the Dead, but this is misleading-you won’t find it there. The real location is hidden within the Eye of Hinekora, a zone that unlocks later in the act.

                        How to Identify Navali Rest:

Fully explore the Eye of Hinekora until you come across a checkpoint leading into a long, empty hall.

Follow the hallway until you find a small chamber at its end.

Inside the chamber sits a jade coffin containing a suspended body-this is Navali Rest.

Interact with it and select “Pay Your Respects.” Doing so grants your character a permanent +5% maximum mana bonus instantly.

Afterward, you can speak to Navali for a short piece of dialogue that reflects on her fate, giving the encounter a meaningful lore touch.

How to Unlock the Eye of Hinekora

You won’t have access to the Eye of Hinekora immediately. To reach it, you must first progress through the main Act 4 storyline, completing several key objectives:

Finish the Isle of Kin area.

Defeat Krutog, Lord of Kin, in the Volcanic Warrens. This boss uses heavy fire attacks and summons allies, so prepare accordingly.

Rescue Matiki after defeating Krutog to advance the act main questline.

The new quest “Trial of the Ancestors” will trigger afterward.

Speak to Makoru, who grants access to a chain of new islands-the first of which is the Eye of Hinekora, where Navali Rest resides.

Only after completing these tasks will you be able to locate and claim this hidden reward.

Efficient Ways to Locate Navali Rest

Since the Eye of Hinekora is procedurally generated, the chamber exact placement differs in every instance. However, these tips can drastically cut down your search time:

Explore thoroughly:Don’t just follow the main path-the chamber often branches off from side corridors or tucked-away hallways.

Look for dead ends:Navali Rest frequently appears at the end of seemingly empty side paths.

Check near checkpoints:Many players report that the Rest chamber often spawns close to a map checkpoint.

Avoid confusion with Trial chambers:Trials and Navali Rest both appear in this region, but they’re separate objectives – follow the visual cues of the jade coffin.

Some players choose to boost their Act 4 progression using in-game trade, purchasing cheap POE2 Currency from trusted marketplaces like MMOexp to craft better equipment and streamline boss fights. While not essential, it’s a common practice for efficient players who want smoother advancement.

Navali Rest is easy to overlook but provides one of the most valuable permanent upgrades in Path of Exile 2. The +5% maximum mana boost benefits virtually every build type, and the accompanying lore adds emotional depth to Act 4 story arc.

By completing the Isle of Kin questline, unlocking the Eye of Hinekora, and carefully exploring the area, you can secure this upgrade with minimal backtracking.

For any player aiming to tackle Path of Exile 2 challenging late-game encounters, completing Navali Rest is essential. Not only does it enhance your mana sustainability, but it also honors one of Wraeclast most memorable figures – Navali, the soothsayer whose legacy still echoes in PoE 2.
